TIGER’S PS-1000 HD machine utilizes TIGER’S proven mold changer; allowing for fast change over and flexible production. The new generation allows for universal carrier as well as height and density control. The universal mold changer allows for other brands of molds to be used in the TIGER machine. The height control system utilizes proportional valves and encoders to verify height of compression head over the pallet. Throughout the full production cycle; the height control system ensures the correct height product leaving the machine.
